Shakespeare Dallas is seeking non-equity Stage Manager and Assistant Stage Manager candidates for its upcoming 50th Season.

Twelfth Night | December 6, 2021 - January 29, 2022
Hamlet & Midsummer Night's Dream | May - July 2022
Pay: $2,000 - $4,000 depending on production, experience, and position

Shakespeare Dallas is looking for talented Non-Equity Stage Managers for our upcoming productions. These individuals must have Stage Management experience and excellent communication skills. This includes running all rehearsals, tech rehearsals, performances, recording blocking, and calling a performance. These are paid, stipend positions. Rehearsals are typically held Tuesdays - Fridays from 6:30pm to 10:30pm, and Saturdays - Sundays from 12:30pm to 4:30pm. All technical and dress rehearsals are held in the evenings usually from 6:00pm to 11:00pm, followed by production meetings. Our fall and summer productions take place in our outdoor venue located at Samuell-Grand Park. Our winter production performs indoors at the Moody Performance Hall. Volunteering for Shakespeare Dallas is a great way to get involved. Our dedicated team of volunteers plays a pivotal role in our success. Volunteers help in a variety of different ways, including:
• Welcoming guests to Shakespeare in the Park
• Helping guests locate seating, provide information and assistance
• Assisting with mailings to our members
• Providing support at events

Volunteers receive benefits including free admission to Shakespeare in the Park performances.
