Vendor Application for Winter Faire & Market


Shakespeare Dallas is partnering with Little D Markets for a unique, open-air holiday shopping experience unlike any other in Dallas. Winter Faire & Market offers visitors a chance to step into old England and shop with 40+ local vendors who sell handcrafted ornaments, wooden handicrafts, jewelry, clothes, home decor, decadent delicacies, and other artisan specialty and gift items. Vendors can also showcase their craft by having interactive or live demonstrations that show their process of making.


Along with shopping with some of the best local artisans, visitors will be able to drink and feast like royalty, and experience the entertainment, music, and general merriment of the season. Plus, don’t be surprised by the costumed characters that may be roaming the Park!


Last year’s market was a success, and we have no doubt that this year will draw a great crowd as we have over 25,000 people joining us each summer and fall season for our annual Shakespeare in the Park performances – now in its 49th year!


WHEN: Saturday, December 7, 2019 – 11am-5pm.


WHERE: Samuell-Grand Amphitheatre: 1500 Tenison Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75223 (The same location as Shakespeare in the Park)


BOOTHS: The booth sizes are 10’x10′. The fee for vendors selling handmade, packaged food, gift, and specialty items are $250. The fee for prepared on-site food vendors is $325. Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, and chairs. Vendor booths will be placed on the concrete or cobblestone areas of the Park. 


ACCEPTANCE: Application status emails will be sent out beginning Tuesday, September 10, 2019 and then on a rolling basis. Filling out this application does not guarantee a space at the event. If your application is accepted, we will provide a PayPal invoice for your booth fee. Please note: Vendors who represent multi-level marketing companies will not be accepted.


DECORATIONS: We rely on vendors to help create a holiday atmosphere at the Park. We ask that all vendors bring white tents for their booths. Accepted vendors will be required to decorate their tent and displays for the holiday theme, using garland, white light string lights, bows & fabric, and/or ornaments. We encourage our vendors to also wear any Renaissance themed costumes. The vendor with the best decorations will be awarded with a $100 discount off their vendor fee.
